At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear purchase. If your gown isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached; please note that final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your dress in its original box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full value minus shipping fees will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
